I took the Master Black Belt Course! I’ll admit it was pretty long but I PROMISE you, you wont find a better instructor! Note for the wise: Turn in all homework on time!
The green belt couse is some of the best training I have ever recieved. Top of descent simulations a.k.a Top of Descent LEadership Institutue, topofdescentinstitute.education, helped me leader better business practice through lan six sigma and i am happy to have found out about this company
I took the green belt course, man the statistics had me goiung crazy but what i love the most is that Jackie ACTUALLY stayed behind after ever class to help us all understand the Inferential Statistics (Standard Deviation, Z scores etc) When i fially got pass the statistics everything else like understanding Bias became so much easier.
I sat the green belt class with Mr. Jackie wilson and Mr. Prescull. Man these brothers have the GIFT of gab and because of them i am better equiped with the knowledge to be sucessful!!!
I am a YN1 in the United States Navy. I first heard about this institute from my fellow Yeoman. I was a bit skeptical at first due to how new this institute was, but after taking a chance with the “Fast Track Program”, I now recommend this institute to any E6 and above that I speak with. I don’t have time to waste 40 hours in a class room and my regular job for a single cert, so I was able to get several certificates with the fast track program. Speaking with them was extremely easy, and they were very quick to let me know what certificates I qualified for. I was able to update my Naval record with no issue with the certificates I earned, the courses are worth the expense since I view this as an investment in my future. Highly recommend the “Fast Track Program” to any E6 and above personnel!!!

The level of expertise and professionalism this company brings is outstanding. I recently exited the military, and was looking for something to enhance my skills, and came across top of descent leadership. The level of instruction was outstanding. Jack is a proven military leader, and six sigma expert, and it shows through his teachings. I feel confident going into the project management space with my current level of knowledge after completing his courses. I can’t recommend this company enough!!

The material was excellent. The instructors were professional and knowledgeable and my experience from start to finish was smooth. Prior to taking the course, I had a conversation with Jack and I felt assured that I was in good hands. I truly enjoyed supporting this military member owned business.

NOW THIS GUY CAN TRAIN! We have some amazon guys in our class who were floored at how much knowledge was given in just the “lean and theory of constraints” portion of class. I am very fortunate to have an instructor who not only was high energy the whole way but he mentored us through the WHOLE class. This is what Lean six sigma training is about! I just finished the Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt course, and it was a good experience! My instructor, Jack, was super lively, approachable, and made even the most complex topics easy to understand. He created a really open and supportive environment that made it easy to ask questions and seek clarification. The entire class was really engaged. What stood out for me, was how much fun he made the training. Instead of just another dry lecture, Jack kept things interactive, added humor, and brought tons of energy to every session. We learned the principles and he ensured we knew how to apply them – no man was left behind! I’d definitely recommend this class to anyone interested.
Instructor Jackie Wilson had high energy from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about teaching and made sure everyone understood. He made it easier for us to grasp complex concepts under an accelerated timeline. He made us feel like a team already and gave us many examples to apply in real time. I enjoyed the course and look forward to using master black belt strategic thinking in my organization and beyond.
