We offer workshops that guide teams through completing a Lean Six Sigma project focused on an operational area within their organization. By the end, participants develop their own improvement plan addressing real challenges within their organization.

The number of workshops varies based on the breadth of the area being targeted. Each session includes facilitated exercises drawn from Lean Six Sigma tools selected for their relevance to the team’s industry and objectives.

Participants receive a Certificate of Achievement recognizing completion of a real-world project and the application of Lean Six Sigma principles.

People across different parts of an organization may not be familiar with Lean Six Sigma but still want to make improvements. The workshops give them structure to do that. They learn how to apply Lean Six Sigma tools to their own work and see real results. At minimum, they leave with a toolkit they can use in the future. For some, the success they see motivates them to learn more and advance their skills. These workshops give participants hands-on experience using Lean Six Sigma methods before deciding whether to pursue formal certification.

Through participation, teams generally reach competency levels equivalent to White Belt through Yellow Belt, depending on the project scope, time commitment, and depth of engagement.

We are a virtual training provider and can also conduct in-person sessions at organizations. Workshops are priced at $295 per one-hour session, which includes facilitation with your team and consulting support for the duration of the effort. Before starting, we’ll have a conversation about what you want to improve and put together a clear plan outlining the number of workshops needed to develop your improvement plan. Discounts are available for extended engagements.
