47TH LEAN SIX SIGMA GREEN BELT CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
(BLENDED LEARNING)Learn how to carry out independent projects in your work area and support black belts in larger, cross-functional projects. This seven-day basic training will prepare you to provide key support in Six Sigma breakthrough and process improvement projects by working with cross-functional teams to define and measure problems, analyze the root causes, implement, and establish control at new levels. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is conferred to participants who successfully pass the examination and complete a project.
OBJECTIVES
Successful completion of this module enables the participant to:
1. Understand Six Sigma and its use for process improvement;
2. Identify and clearly define problems;
3. Measure the size and opportunity of problems;
4. Efficiently generate probable cause reasons;
5. Analyze data to discover the root causes;
