Chad at Value Stream Solution has been an amazing help for Factors Group to move forward with continuous improvement programs. We are specializing in the research and development, manufacturing, and distribution of High Quality Nutritional Supplements and Vitamins.
Similar to any other companies we were staring to have a spot continuous improvement(CI) projects and trainings at the beginning soon we realized that we need structured training and CI project approaches in other to sustain the culture and manage the activities.
Value steam solution was helping us in the past and now to enhance the training programs which is nurturing actual business problem solving or improvement projects.
Couple things were making Value Steam Solutions service really different from my past engagements with others.
1. We were able to customize the programs as per our organizations maturity in Six Sigma & our business need. (ex. normal programs offer 100 tools however you just need 20 only and 5 are what you are using everyday.)
2 They helped us to develop the program and run the program ourselves so we can cover internally over the course of time. At this moment we are covering the most.
3. Giving industry relevant examples and practice so you can apply on your existing business problems with some modification.
